Guidelines for Digital Study Material Submission
PowerPoint Presentation Submission
- All PowerPoint presentations must be visually rich, professionally designed, and structured strictly around the approved topic.
- Content must be concise, relevant, and logically organized across all slides.
- The presentation must not exceed 20 slides, including the title and reference slides.
- All data, figures, and statements must be supported by credible academic sources from Scopus indexed and PubMed indexed journals.
- References must be cited on relevant slides using a footer or footnote format.
- Each submission must include complete author details:
- Author name
- Institutional or residential address
- Professional designation and affiliation
- Contact information
- Date of submission
- Submissions must maintain a clean, consistent, and professional layout with appropriate fonts, color schemes, charts, and graphical elements.
All submissions will be evaluated by the Core Review Committee. Presentations that do not meet prescribed academic, technical, or design standards will be rejected. Acceptance or rejection decisions will be communicated within 30–45 working days. The committee’s decision shall be final and binding.
Video Content Submission
- All video submissions must be of high production quality and professionally structured.
- Content must strictly align with the approved topic and be academically accurate.
- Videos should include appropriate visuals, demonstrations, or graphical elements to enhance understanding.
- Poor audio quality, unclear visuals, or unstructured narration may result in rejection.
- All academic claims must be supported by references from Scopus indexed and PubMed indexed journals.
- References must be cited within the video or provided as an accompanying reference document.
- Each video must clearly mention:
- Author name
- Institutional or residential address
- Professional designation and affiliation
- Contact information
- Date of submission
- On-screen text must be legible, well paced, and synchronized with narration.
All video submissions are subject to review by the Core Review Committee. Submissions not meeting academic or technical standards will be rejected. Acceptance or rejection decisions will be communicated within 30–45 working days. The committee’s decision shall be final and binding.
E-Book
- E-Books must be well structured, professionally formatted, and plagiarism free.
- Content must be academically sound and supported by Scopus and PubMed references.
- Figures, tables, and citations must follow standard academic formatting.
- Complete author details and publication date are mandatory.
- Files must be submitted in approved digital formats.
- Only e-books published by Newredmars Education are accepted for availability on eClassAtoZ.
Acceptance or rejection will be communicated within 30–45 working days. Review decisions are final.
Audio Book
- Audio must be professionally recorded with clear narration and minimal background noise.
- Content must follow approved academic structure and topic scope.
- References must be mentioned verbally or provided in a supporting document.
- Author details and recording date must be included.
- Only Audio Book published by Newredmars Education are accepted for availability on eClassAtoZ.
- Audio files should follow standard quality and format guidelines.
Audio submissions failing to meet quality or academic standards will be rejected. Decision timeline: 30–45 working days.
