- Dr Prajna Paramita Giri is an Additional Professor in the Department of Community Medicine & Family Medicine at AIIMS Bhubaneswar. Her research focuses on tribal health, health system strengthening, cancer screening, nutrition, and maternal and child health. She has served as Principal Investigator and Co-Principal Investigator on several intramural and extramural projects funded by ICMR, UNICEF, NHSRC, and NCDIR–ICMR. Dr Giri has published more than 30 peer-reviewed articles in reputed national and international journals including BMJ Open, PLoS ONE, Indian Pediatrics, and Reproductive Health, and currently serves as the Managing Editor of the Indian Journal of Community & Family Medicine. She serves on the Institutional Ethics Committee for faculty and provides technical support to Govt. of Odisha projects for Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups.
