Vikram Rout has over 30 years of academic experience in teaching Communicative English, Business Communication, Soft Skills, Corporate Readiness Modules, Language, and Literature to undergraduate and postgraduate students and currently working as a Faculty of English at GIFT Autonomous, Bhubaneswar. A passionate teacher and mentor, he has consistently focused on enhancing students’ linguistic competence, professional communication, and workplace readiness. Known for his interactive teaching methods and ability to connect classroom learning with real-world applications, Mr Rout has guided numerous learners toward academic success and professional confidence. He has also contributed to seminars, workshops, and academic writing, making his expertise widely accessible. His dedication and profound knowledge continue to inspire students and readers alike.
Dr. Shishir Barik (Ph.D.) is an educator and author with over seventeen years of experience in teaching English. Currently a Lecturer in English at Nayagarh (Autonomous) College, Nayagarh, Odisha, he holds a Ph.D. from Sambalpur University.
