Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Kumar Samantarai, an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and Founder President of Indian Climate Congress is a renowned personality in the field of soil and water conservation engineering, water management, ecology, environment and climate change. He served 30 years at different capacities as Professor in Agricultural Engineering, Chief Scientist, Associate Director of Research and Dean Students’ Welfare in OUAT Bhubaneswar. He was Director of Awards of Indian Society of Agricultural Engineers for the period from 2015-2017.
